  Insurance and Payment Options In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer several options for payment. Insurance: While we do not accept assignment insurance of insurance benefits, we will be happy to provide you with completed insurance forms, x-rays and narratives as required so that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company as quickly as possible. Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and personal checks. We are also happy to work with you through a Capital One Healthcare Finance Payment Plan.
